Yesterday I was Gramercy near Madison Square Park. I wore my new favorite suede boots because I literally can’t take them off and camel skirt. I’m listing out some of my favorite places to shop below and ironically my entire outfit in today’s post is from these 3 stores.

WHERE I SHOP

New York City is known for having some of the best shopping in the world. And it does! If I do shop in the city I usually hit downtown neighborhoods like Soho and the West Village or midtown locations like Fifth Avenue or Madison Avenue. But it also has it’s challenges. Without the luxury of a car, I’m not able to throw my big brown bag in the car and then next to the next shop. Instead, you have to carry your bag(s) across town in the subway or a taxi which can be kind of a hassle and heavy. I don’t even want to walk more than a block with my groceries! So the majority of the time I order online! I always over-order and then return what doesn’t fit or look right.

MY FAVORITE SHOPS

NORDSTROM
This might be my number one go-to and we don’t even have one in the city (only a Nordstrom Rack). They always have great stuff and ships pretty quickly. From casual to dressy I can always find something cute. They also have a great return policy.

SHOPBOP
What I love about Shopbop is their free 3-day shipping! It’s perfect if I have an event or something I need an outfit for quickly.

ASOS
Their shipping isn’t as fast, but they have such cute stuff and really great prices. Especially on items like scarves, skirts, dresses and hats.
